January Board Meeting Highlights
The January Board meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance, led by students leaders from the CMS National Junior Honor Society. These students were Nahla Alexander, Historian, Maggie Beth Molder, Secretary, and Charles Wheeler, President.
Recognizing outstanding achievements, Chicken Express acknowledged its Employees of the Month from Chickasha High School. Chris Peschl, a CHS graduate, earned the title of Certified Employee of the Month for his dedication to teaching computer education and coaching. Teresa Russell, also a CHS alumna, was honored as the Support Employee of the Month, holding the position of financial secretary at CHS. The awards were presented by Brad Wilkerson of Chicken Express. Heartfelt congratulations to Teresa and Chris, and sincere appreciation to Brad and Kelly Wilkerson of Chickasha's Chicken Express.
January marks School Board Appreciation month, and we extend our gratitude to the dedicated members of our board: Robyn Morse, Laurie Allen, Cara Gerdes, Christy Clift, and Zack McGill. Special acknowledgment goes to Rochelle Bowens, our District's Board Clerk. We want to express our sincere thanks to these leaders for their unwavering commitment to service and public education.
